Shipping Policy
- We generally dispatch orders within 24-48 hours during working days unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
- Customized orders takes 3-4 days to be dispatched.
- Deliveries are dependent upon shipping partners & the location of the delivery thereon. It takes between 1-7 days to reach a customer’s location “after” dispatch. In Metro cities normally the package gets delivered within 1-2 days.
*Exceptions can be during peak festive season or restricted & remote locations. Please do reach out to us in case of any urgency so we can review possibilities to expedite.
International
- All Orders accepted for international addresses are Pre-Paid only.
- Shipping charges for our international locations will be calculated during checkout depending on the order value.
- Orders are shipped within 7-8 working days. Unless otherwise explicitly mentioned in the product details.
- Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at hello@tanujasarees.com within 2 hours of placing an order.
Refund & Exchange (International Orders)
- If, unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped. Once shipped, no refund can be processed.
- If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount after deducting transaction charges.
- We, unfortunately, do not have any return & exchange policy for international customers.
